From the point of view of planning, production management and controlling, MOTORPAL consists of two separate production units (strategic business units – SBU). Both units are serviced by the line departments, Economic Department, Purchases and Logistics, Personnel Department, Marketing and Sales, Technical Development, Quality and Facility, which are incorporated into a separate SBU (Administration).

The SBU Diesel produces injectors, injection valves and pumps, including components. It also supplies parts to vehicle producers. Its production activities take place in all plants, i.e. in Jihlava, Jemnice, Batelov and Velké Meziříčí.

The second SBU, Technical Services, produces and repairs appliances, tools, metering devices, testing and servicing facilities and special-purpose machines. It is located in Jihlava.
