MOTORPAL provides their customers with a comprehensive set of services, tailored to their needs.
The comprehensive delivery includes everything from the design and development of the product, including the customization of the necessary software and after-treatment of exhaust fumes, through the production of samples and the subsequent verification of the entire solution using the necessary tests and long-term exams, after the preparation and the necessary assistance for successfully managing homologation and obtaining certification. An integral part of the services offered to customers is also a competent recommendation regarding possible improvements and necessary modifications of some engine components and its accessories so that the desired parameters and emission regulations can be achieved.
MOTORPAL has significant Research & Development capacities and competences and annually invests around CZK 50 million in its own research and development in the field of injection.
From the very beginning, MOTORPAL has been involved in the development and production of fuel injection systems, and thanks to its technological capacities and technical know-how, it has become one of the world's suppliers in this sector. The quality of MOTORPAL products is the highest priority, so all the company's plants are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Ensuring an individual approach and a comprehensive solution includes:
- Evaluation of the initial state of a specific engine, possible recommendations for its necessary modifications
- Design of an injection system for a specific engine with regard to meeting the required emission level and other parameters
- Production and provision of the necessary samples, proposal of after-treatment solutions, including cooperation with the relevant selected suppliers
- Technical and software support when applying the injection system to the customer's engine, individual software solutions and ECU configuration according to the customer's requirements and the given application
- Application and customization of the injection system to the engine, performing the necessary tests and verifying the solution at the MOTORPAL engine test room
- Carrying out all the necessary tests, preparing the engine for homologation and ensuring certification at accredited test laboratories
- Optimization of the engine to meet all the parameters required by the customer
- Support when starting pre-series and serial production

Engines with the MOTORPAL VERMi injection system meet the strictest Stage V emission limit
MOTORPAL has achieved another significant success in the development of its injection equipment. During the tests of the new technology, it was immediately confirmed twice that the existing electronically controlled injection pumps of the VERMi series are able to meet the strictest valid emission regulations when combined with a suitably selected aftertreatment system. With their robust, conventional and affordable solution, they are a full-fledged alternative to common rail injection. The Stage V emissions stage has a 40% lower PM (particle quantity) limit setting compared to the previous Stage IV generation.
MOTORPAL currently has other development projects underway with many customers who have chosen the VERMi system to meet stricter emission limits. The successful fulfillment of the European Stage V standard for the first two customers is a significant step on the way to expanding MOTORPAL's scope in the major world markets for tractors, construction machinery and generators. Thanks to the systematic development of its injection systems, which help engines achieve the strictest emission limits that already apply in most countries of the world, MOTORPAL has ranked among the most advanced environmentally responsible companies in its field.
